Reduces swelling
Thompson's routine is both effective and reasonably priced. The quality is excellent, and it enhances vitamin C absorption, which should be taken together. The ingredients and size are just right. I find it increases the elasticity of blood vessel walls, reduces capillary permeability, and diminishes fragility. Rutin alleviates inflammation in the veins and significantly affects leg swelling. I take one a day and have noticed a relief in my leg cramps.

Leg pain improved
I've received the small package within a few days. I've recently started taking it and find the pill easy to swallow. I feel somewhat better but am still waiting for my leg cramps to disappear.
